I’m Mary, the founder of Smooth Ink Studios. I’m a three-times certified, award-winning paramedical tattoo artist, but more importantly, I come to this work with lived experience, heart, and intention.
With a background in travel, sales, and learning & development, and my own personal journey with scar camouflage, I felt called to create a space where healing goes deeper than skin level. ISR Inkless Stretch Mark & Scar Revision
This treatment focuses on restoring and repairing the skin rather than covering it. A medical-grade serum is gently applied to improve texture, tone, and elasticity, helping scars and stretch marks look softer and healthier. Ideal for raised, uneven, or textured skin, it’s often the first step in a personalised plan — letting your skin heal and strengthen naturally before any colour work.!
Scar Camouflaging
For smooth, flat scars and stretch marks, Nue Conceal uses specially matched pigments and the unique Nue device to gently blend the area into your surrounding skin. While scars aren’t erased, they can be softened and concealed. Often the final step in a personalised treatment plan, this approach supports your skin at every stage for natural, lasting results.
Saline Tattoo Removal
Saline tattoo removal is a method used to extract tattoo pigment from the skin using a saline solution (salt and purified water). Unlike traditional tattooing, this process pulls ink out instead of putting it in.
Nue Strand

Unlike traditional services that charge by the hour or a flat rate, our treatments are typically priced based on the area being treated—factoring in the size, type, and complexity of the scar or stretch mark.
For Nue Strand treatments, pricing is primarily determined by the size of the area.
Because every individual and every scar or stretch mark is different, we strongly encourage consultations. This allows us to create a customised treatment plan tailored to your specific goals and expectations.
